About the project

CDS "Elizarovsky" is located in one of the oldest districts of St. Petersburg - Nevsky, which has a rich history and established infrastructure. Around there are many shops, educational institutions, leisure and fitness centers, pharmacies and clinics ... In this part of the district there is mainly low-rise buildings and low population density, which will provide future residents with comfortable accommodation.

CDS "Elizarovsky" includes two phases of construction, each of which consists of 5 buildings with a height of 20 floors. The complex also designed 3 attached ground parking and its own social infrastructure - 2 kindergartens for 100 and 295 places.

We have developed an individual design ‐ project for entrance groups, elevator and inter-apartment halls, taking into account the requirements of modern urban residents to a high level of comfort.

Entrance doors with stained-glass windows will be installed in the house to better illuminate the entrance hall.

High-quality modern materials will be used in the decoration of common areas: porcelain tiles, suspended ceilings, decorative plaster.

For your convenience, we thought out a clear navigation system: direction signs to the exits, parking and elevator halls on the ground floor, as well as to each group of apartments on all floors.
