The Novorizhskiy residential complex (the former Yantaris residential complex) is located in close proximity to Novorizhskoye Shosse, in front of the village of Buzlanovo (the 26th km of the Baltiya highway - 11 km from MKAD). Not far from the complex is the Nakhabinsk Forestry, a forest near Ilyinsky-Usov, the Moscow and Lipka rivers.

Under the buildings - underground parking for 48-50 places. Kleeman elevators from sections (passenger and cargo-passenger) descend to them.

Transport

You can get to the complex by car along Novorizhskoye, as well as Rublevo-Uspenskoye highway (with a turn to Ilyinskoye highway). The nearest metro station is Tushinskaya, 30–40 minutes on the 540th bus. There are also options to get from the metro stations "Strogino", "Krylatskoye", "Myakinino" (from transport stops you need to get 20 minutes on foot).
