About the project

In Kotelniki, the PIK Group of Companies will build a large-scale residential complex Belaya Dacha Park. The project includes eight multi-section blocks and fourteen towers. All buildings of the PIK2 industrial series with variable section heights from 15 to 25 floors. In addition to houses, objects of trade and social infrastructure are provided on the territory. In August 2018, buildings 1 and 2 are being built.

Project details

LCD "Belaya Dacha Park" will be implemented in 13 years. Construction is carried out in four stages. Sales in the first two buildings opened on July 26, 2018. At this stage, buyers are available studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom options with an area of ​​19.8-78.6 square meters. m. Ceiling height - 2, 65 m. The apartments are sold with finished decoration.

From the objects of social infrastructure will be built:

two schools for 3,500 students;

five kindergartens for 1,650 places;

polyclinics;

indoor parking.

The buildings are being built according to the internal standards of the developer - PIK-Comfort. This means that the entrances will be with high ceilings, stained glass and two entrances: from the street and from the yard. Entrance groups are at ground level, there are no concierges, but there is video surveillance. In the sections, high-speed elevators (presumably Otis brands) will be installed.

The non-residential ground floor, here after putting the houses into operation, shops, cafes and pastry shops will work. A pedestrian boulevard and bicycle paths will be laid along the PIK block. The yards will be closed to cars, in each of them they will break the park and establish playgrounds. On-site sports facilities will be equipped.

LCD "Belaya Dacha Park" is located in the city of Kotelniki, one kilometer from Novoryazanskoye Shosse and 2 km from MKAD. In half an hour you can walk to the Big Lyubertsy quarry, which is surrounded by the Tomilinsky forest park. Near the quarry runs the equestrian club "Belaya Dacha". Kuzminki Park is 2 km away.

The district has developed trade infrastructure. The neighboring site is occupied by the Outlet Village Belaya Dacha shopping center and the Globus hypermarket. In 20 minutes you can walk to the Mega Belaya Dacha shopping center. Across the road, the Magnit supermarket and the Kotelniki market are operating.

Of the social facilities in the next quarter, a private school-garden "Opportunity" works. Within a kilometer radius, three comprehensive schools and a clinic.
