About the project

Residential complex "Flower Glades" - this is 14 houses in the village Staroselye NAO Moscow. The construction is carried out by the MITS-Development company. The project will implement two types of real estate - comfort and business class.

About microdistrict

Fourteen 8-9-story houses form closed courtyards, parks. The concept of a new building was developed in the Finnish architectural bureau Tikkanen.

Buyers are offered studios, one-, two-, three- and four-room apartments. Part of the layout with a dressing room or a niche for a wardrobe. There is a two-level housing with a veranda. LCD "Flower Glades" is surrounded by private sector homes. The Valuev Forest Park starts 700 meters away, and the Glavmosstroy Clinical Sanatorium is 3.5 km away. Near the river Dunno.

In the neighboring village of Maryino there is a school number 1392 and an outpatient clinic. Two kindergartens, the shopping and entertainment center Maryino-Grad, and the sports complex of the CSKA club are under construction. Moscow City is a 10-minute drive from Flower Glades.
