Nakhimov in Moscow is located on Nakhimovsky Prospekt in the Cheryomushki district, just five hundred meters from the Kotlovka River Valley Park. Nearby is the park of the 70th anniversary of the Victory, the estate "Cheryomushki-Znamenskoye." The distance to the Third Ring Road is about four kilometers. This is an old sleeping area without industrial enterprises, which is characterized by good infrastructure.

Features of the new building

The facades are insulated with an environmentally friendly long-lasting heat insulator, lined with hinged ventilated systems of natural stone and volumetric ceramics.
