About the project

The CitiMix residential complex is a block of several multi-storey buildings with its own rich infrastructure and located next to a park zone in the south-west of Moscow.

Location

LCD CitiMix in Moscow is located on Nikulinskaya Street in the Troparevo-Nikulino district near the Vostryakovsky Central Cemetery. Four hundred meters away is Troparevsky Forest Park.

Entourage

The grocery store is about five minutes walk. Within a radius of six hundred meters there are kindergartens No. 2252 and No. 2282, as well as school No. 1741. Go to the chain supermarket for ten minutes, there are several more supermarkets nearby. Also in the kilometer there is a polyclinic №8.

Transport accessibility

To the stop of ground public transport about seven hundred meters. Two bus routes run along Troparevskaya Street - the minimum traffic interval is nine minutes. The metro station is located a kilometer from the new building.

Complex characteristics

LCD "CityMix" consists of five, designed in the same style, twenty-story buildings. The houses are being built in two phases. The developer uses modern high-quality materials and advanced technologies.

The supporting structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete and are a solid one-piece frame with a minimum number of internal and external load-bearing walls, which allows homeowners to independently change its layout. The walls of the houses are built of brick and ceramic block, panoramic windows are glazed with energy-saving double-glazed windows. The facades are insulated with an environmentally friendly effective heat insulator.

Improvement of the complex

All houses are united by a single stylobate, a network of pedestrian paths is laid between the buildings, a spacious courtyard is equipped with sports and children's playgrounds. The project provides for the creation of a park area on the operated roof of the stylobate. The lower floors of the buildings are intended for commercial use - restaurants, cafes, a fitness center and various shops will be located here.
