Where is located

LCD "Semenovsky Park" in Moscow is located on the street. Free in the territory of the partially rehabilitated industrial zone Sokolinaya Gora.

There are large industrial enterprises operating nearby, but large highways with heavy traffic go far from the new building. In addition, Izmailovsky Park is located a few hundred meters away, which allows us to hope for a gradual improvement of the environment in the microdistrict.

Transport accessibility

In terms of access to the center, the multifunctional complex is not very conveniently located; you have to go around industrial areas. Near the complex there are three routes of public land transport, the minimum traffic interval is twenty minutes. The nearest metro station Sokolinaya Gora is one kilometer away.

Surrounding infrastructure

A five-minute walk there is a sports complex "Wings of the Soviets", within a radius of one kilometer there are several entertainment complexes of various types, including various quests, a laser tag club and a go-kart center. There are shops in the neighborhood, and a supermarket is less than one minute's walk away.

Complex characteristics

The new building consists of three modern houses designed taking into account the capabilities of modern construction technologies and the need for high-quality comfortable housing. The basis of the design of each building is a reinforced concrete frame, walls are constructed of large stone blocks and panels of two series - DomNad and DomRik. Buildings will have Class A energy efficiency indicators - the developer applies facade insulation with a durable heat insulator.

Window blocks are made of metal-plastic profile and glazed with two-chamber energy-saving double-glazed windows, panoramic loggia glazing is performed. On the facade there are installation places for air conditioners.

The buildings are equipped with modern communications, noiseless reliable elevators and fire alarm systems. Doors equipped with intercoms are installed at the entrances to the entrances.

Beautification

In addition to apartment buildings, the project provides for the construction of a kindergarten on the territory of the new building.

All three buildings are located on the perimeter development site and form a spacious cozy courtyard. Here are built places for adults to relax, a children's play area, a training ground. Walking paths are arranged, driveways are laid, and parking spaces for guest and local vehicles are provided on the ground. Underground parking is under construction. The territory of the new building at night is lit by lights.

All first floors are given for the placement of urban and its own infrastructure.
