A natural oasis for residents of Vzlyotki, who for the first time in the history of modern Krasnoyarsk, will be able to leave their homes not in a playground with parking, but in a beautiful natural courtyard.

The concept of this microdistrict is absolutely unique for Krasnoyarsk. Take-off is the most dynamic and urbanized area of ​​the city, but nevertheless, many are not ready to move out of town, in search of calm and clean air, because their life is flowing here in the business center. In Scandis, this aggressive environment of the big city is neutralized as much as possible. The atmosphere of merging with nature will be achieved by an abundance of trees and flowering shrubs in spring (lilac), dense perennial plants (girl's grapes), field grasses and even planted cereal crops. Dimple wildflowers, feather grass, parsley and celery - modest, beautiful and noble-smelling herbs will be planted on the flower beds. Residents of the microdistrict will meet all this right at the exit from the entrance of their own home. The natural contours of the paths, the absence of rectangular lawns and sidewalks bring the yard space as close as possible to the natural landscape. Architecture and style.

Classical brick facades, Bavarian masonry and the use of materials imitating natural stone and wood in the cladding of buildings emphasize the Scandinavian architectural style. All houses are made in the same style, but the facade of each house is individual. Special attention is paid to the elements of the facades of the lower floors, which are located directly at the level of the human eye. It uses textured material under natural stone and decorative “shutters” on the stained-glass windows of street retail. The entrances to the porches are crowned with decorative arches entwined with vines. The design of the entrance groups continues this natural theme. It is built on a combination of modern and "folklore" materials. Each entrance group has spacious halls for waiting and relaxing, with an area of ​​50 to 80 square meters, stained-glass windows and high ceilings of 3.5 m. There are no formal “entrances” to SCANDIS. These are cozy design and furnished entrance groups where you can spend time with friends, neighbors or wait for family members.

Location and infrastructure

Vzletka is an area with the most developed infrastructure and excellent transport accessibility. Nearby are sports, educational and entertainment facilities and all the necessary facilities.
