About the project

Residential complex Olimp is a group of high-rise buildings with comfort class apartments under construction in a new microdistrict with developing infrastructure.

Location

RC Olympus in Krasnodar is located in the microdistrict of the Regional Clinical Hospital on Dombayskaya Street, about nine kilometers from the City Duma.

There are no plants near the new building, busy highways go far. In the neighborhood there is a large plot built up with cottage type houses.

The houses have a flat non-operational roof and a reinforced concrete monolithic frame, the walls are built of silicate brick. The facades are insulated with a mineral wool thermal insulator, the outer surface is lined with hinged ventilated systems with gray granite coating.

The project provides for standard glazing of balconies with metal-plastic systems with an opaque orange fence. The houses are equipped with silent high-speed elevators, fire alarm systems and intercoms. Metal-plastic glazed doors are installed at the entrances to the entrances.
