Zajezdnia Wrocław is an intimate residential building in the Nadodrze estate in Wrocław, close to the Old Town and the historic tram depot.

Location

Architecture

The investment consists of one six-story residential building in an intimate development. The architecture of the project refers to the nineteenth-century buildings of the surrounding tenement houses. The investment is made in light gray and beige colors, with large windows and balustrades of various types - open, closed, glass or steel. On the façade, an imitation of a brick wall and a mural with a tram theme were used.

Infrastructure of the estate

The estate is adapted to the needs of disabled people. There are retail and service outlets on the ground floor of the building. Underground and ground parking spaces are available for residents.

Communication

The investment has good connection with other parts of Wrocław. Right next to the estate there is a tram stop (lines 0L, 1, 6, 7, 8, 11, 14, 17, 23) and a stop for bus number 250. Access by bike to the Old Town Square takes about 8 minutes. The nearby main arteries are Jedności Narodowej, Sienkiewicza, Romana Dmowskiego, Nowowiejska.
