Architecture

The architectural design of the investment was prepared by the Major Architekci studio. The building of various heights - up to 6 floors - was erected in a modernist style, with the use of an irregular arrangement of a straight body. Cascading terraces from the courtyard side were made. The elevation is finished with white plasters. On the ground floor, service premises have been designed.

The infrastructure of the estate

In the area of ​​the investment, green zones and elements of small architecture, such as benches and bicycle stands, and illuminated paths in the courtyard were made. There will be parking spaces in a two-level underground car park. The investment is adapted to the needs of disabled people.
