Dom na Kurkowej is an intimate, multi-family building of a higher standard, located in the Nadodrze estate in Wrocław.

Location

The investment is located at ul. Kurkowa 28-32, in Wrocław Śródmieście, on the banks of the Oder. The area is located near the historic buildings of Wrocław, well connected with other parts of the city, it is characterized by historical buildings and developed infrastructure.

Architecture

The design of the investment was prepared by the Gołąbek Daleczko Architekci architectural office. The six-story building is stylistically matched to the surrounding buildings, built of a simple block and decorated in subdued colors (shades of beige). Decorative brick and contrasting metal balcony railings were used in the façade finish. There are three retail and service premises on the ground floor.

The infrastructure of the estate

The investment has an open area. Parking spaces in the underground garage have been designed. The building has been equipped with a silent-running elevator.

Communication

The investment is located near the Mieszczański Bridge. connecting Nadodrze with Kępa Mieszczańska and the city center. Władysława Jagiełły and Pomorska Streets are nearby. There are bus and tram stops as well as a city bike station within 400 meters of the investment.
