Location

The estate is located at Tenisowa Street, within the Świerczewo estate in the West region. It is about 2.5 kilometers away from the very center of Szczecin. Architecture

Buildings with a height of 3 to 6 floors were built from a simple block in a minimalist style, made in the shape of the letter C or L.
