About the project

Morasko Park is a project of an exclusive gated estate. Compared to others, it is distinguished by the very high quality of the materials used. It is an intimate complex that allows you to maintain privacy, in the beautiful scenery of a nature reserve.

8 houses (16 apartments) will be built in the second stage.

The investment will involve the construction of 12 buildings, ie 24 segments. In the first stage, 4 houses (8 apartments) will be built. The area of each of the 12 houses is 319.24 m2, i.e. 1 segment has an area of 159.62 m2 with a garage of approx. 20 m2. Each segment will stand on a plot of approx. from 525 to 935 m2 and will consist of the ground floor and the first floor. On the ground floor of the area 80 m2, there will be a spacious living room with a kitchen of the area approx. 45 m2, bathroom approx. 2.5 m2, utility room, vestibule and garage in the building block. A floor with an area 80 m2, offers 4 bedrooms (including 1 room with a loggia, approx. 2 m2) and a bathroom of approx. 7 m2 and a corridor.

The Morasko Park investment is almost ready. The first stage is over and some families have moved into their homes. In the second stage, works in the buildings are already completed, with the use permit. Acceptance activities are underway in some of these premises. Additionally, works related to the construction of an internal road, driveways to buildings and parking spaces are completed. Final works on humusing and shaping the gardens are in progress. The last free houses from the second stage are waiting for customers.

The Morasko Park investment is located in Morasko-Radojewo, ul. Morasko (8.5 km from the center of Poznań), was realized by the developer DUDA DEVELOPMENT.

The Morasko Park investment was built and commissioned in Q3 2020.
