The Felin Park investment in Lublin is a complex of three-storey multi-family buildings forming a modern housing estate with a number of amenities on the south-eastern edge of Lublin.

Location

The investment is located at ul. Gen. Stanisław Skalskiego, near Droga Męczenników Majdanka and J. Franczaka Streets in the Felin district. The character of the surrounding town is determined, on the one hand, by the proximity of fields and rural areas, and on the other hand, by the vicinity of the Euro-Park Miele Special Economic Zone on the grounds of the nearby al. Solids of three-story buildings with simple shapes, under flat roofs, are located in a way that minimizes mutual shading around a large courtyard in the center of the plot. Bright facades are varied with subdued elements and panoramic glazing. The construction uses energy-saving technologies and modern finishing materials.
