Janowo Park is an estate of small multi-family buildings, which is being implemented in stages, located in the eastern part of Rumia, near the border with Gdynia.

Location

The estate was erected at Błon Janowskich Street, surrounded by vast green areas. It is close to 2.7 kilometers from the very center of Rumia. The neighborhood allows access to commercial and service infrastructure, educational, sports and recreational facilities as well as the main communication arteries of the Tri-City.

The vicinity of the investment

Near the investment, there are the areas of the Błonia Janowskie city park, restaurants and cafes, gyms, including outdoor gyms, a sports hall and a skate park, a municipal stadium and swimming pool, multi-functional sports fields, pharmacies and private doctor's offices, hairdressing salons, post office and bank branches, language schools and music, a farmer's market, a church, a community center, the Rumia station library. Architecture

The ten four-story buildings were built in a modern style with a regular layout of a straight body and a partially irregular arrangement of windows. The façades in light shades were enriched with extensive glazing, including panoramic windows and metal balcony railings.
