Architecture

Minimalist, in a stylistic concept of a villa development, apartment buildings with a maximum height of up to 3 floors were built from a simple architectural body. Elements of the cascade system were used, the façade finishes are dominated by light shades and glazing - panoramic windows and glass balcony and terrace balustrades. A service space has been designed in the lower storey connecting the two buildings. Photovoltaic panels were installed on the roofs of the buildings.
