Location

The estate is located in the western part of the city, at the intersection of Prowiantowa Street and Adama Asnyka Street, close to the city center and both the train station and the bus station, within the reach of green areas. The closest educational institutions are the Self-Government Kindergarten No. 51 "Przyjazne" (900 m), Primary School No. 29 Synów Pułku (450 m), School Complex No. 16 (300 m), I Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Adam Mickiewicz (1.3 km), Secondary School No. 10 (1.2 km). In a short distance, about 400 m, there is an Interschool Sports Center with a swimming pool. Along the nearby Hetmańska Street (approx. 600 m) there are numerous commercial and service points, as well as the Auchan hypermarket. In the direction of the city center there are more important points of the metropolitan infrastructure: Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic, European Art Center, Concert Hall of the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic; Central Park (approx. 1.6 km), May 3 Constitution Park; BOSiR Athletics Stadium, BOSiR Ice Rink, Fitness Klub Multifit. There are numerous medical institutions in the same area: University Children's Clinical Hospital L. Zamenhofa, SOR University Clinical Hospital, SP ZOZ Provincial Complex Hospital J. Śniadeckiego. There are numerous green areas within a radius of 3 km: Bacieczkowski Forest, Antoniuk Reserve, Biała River and Bażantarka.

Architecture

Przy Prowiantowa is a nine-storey modern building on an irregular plan. The frontage is separated by slight vertical faults. The colors of the façade are bright, complemented by large windows and glazed balcony railings. The project was created in the Akb Architekci Pracownia Projektowa Krzysztof Bartoszewicz studio from Białystok.

The infrastructure of the estate

The investment has a developed internal courtyard with green plantings. There are commercial and service premises on the ground floor. The residents have at their disposal silent elevators, storage rooms, parking spaces in a 2-level car park.

Communication

The investment is well connected with the city center and other parts of the city. About 150 m from the building there is a Prowiantowa bus stop, which can be reached by buses no.1, 18, 2, 103, 11. Moreover, lines no. 4, 10, 21 are available from the nearby Zwycięstwa / WSE stop. The Białystok railway station and Białystok PKS Station are situated 500-600 m from the building. Aleja Solidarności, which is a part of the provincial road No. 676, runs a few hundred meters from Prowiantowa. The national road No. 19, GP class, which connects three agglomerations in eastern Poland: Białystok, Lublin and Rzeszów, is 3,000 m away.
