Architecture

The residential complex "Alba Julia Residence" is a modern 9-storey building with an additional basement. The case is made in beige and brown tones and visually divided into three parts.

The developer uses a monolithic-frame technology, the walls are made of autoclaved cellular concrete, the internal partitions are made of bricks and blocks. Outside, the walls of the building are insulated with polystyrene foam and Rockwool mineral wool. Mineral wool is also used for additional sound insulation of partitions between apartments. In the premises, metal-plastic windows with a PVC profile and a 5-chamber double-glazed window are installed, external windows reflect the sun's rays.

The new building has modern silent elevators. The entrance to the house is decorated with premium materials and covered with granite.

Internal infrastructure

The territory of the complex is landscaped, has a large playground and comfortable relaxation areas. A two-level underground parking and ground parking for residents and guests of the complex are provided for car owners.
