Features of the project

During the construction of the residential complex on Mioritsa, 1/1 in Chisinau, the developer adheres to strict state quality standards. He also uses materials that are highly environmentally friendly. The supporting structure of the building is made of reinforced concrete, while the outer walls are made of cauldron and red brick. The thickness of the walls is at least 500 mm, which, in combination with the use of an additional layer of mineral wool insulation, guarantees warmth and silence in the apartments. The building's earthquake resistance is 8 points on the Richter scale.

The 9-storey new building consists of two sections. The first one is located parallel to Mioritsa Street and consists of 4 entrances, where buyers are offered apartments in a white frame. The second section is one-entrance, with ready-to-use apartments.

The complex is equipped with modern engineering systems. Each entrance has elevators with a capacity of up to 630 kg.

Improvement of the yard

The adjoining territory is closed from outsiders, it is planned according to the zoning principle into several thematic spaces. There will be recreation areas, a playground, parking spaces for temporary cars. A garage is also provided for the underground level of the new building.
