Sale of apartments

- If you pay the first installment in the amount of 30% of the cost of the selected apartment, you can buy it in a mortgage for up to 10 years with an interest rate of 9.99% per annum and an individual payment repayment schedule.

- It is possible to pay first 15%, within 2 months another 15% of the cost of housing, and to issue a mortgage for the remaining amount for 10 years.

- An installment plan with an initial payment of 50% is offered for the duration of the construction and involves the payment of the remaining amount at the time of the key transfer.

- The developer has developed a special program for families with a large number of children and for civil servants, which involves benefits, namely reducing the down payment and the possibility of obtaining a loan directly from the KIRSAN construction company. The conditions for this program are discussed in each case individually.

As an initial contribution, the developer may accept the property available to the buyer.
