Architecture

The new building is a twelve-story three-section house designed in a modern industrial style, taking into account the growing needs for comfort and the characteristics of the seismic activity of the region.

Robust monolithic reinforced concrete frame provides high seismic resistance and makes it easier for the developer to distribute living space in an optimal way. The walls are filled with red ceramic bricks, which positively affects the indoor microclimate and the energy efficiency of the building as a whole. Facing is carried out with liquid travertine, a natural stone of Sara Tash. The building is decorated with stucco.
