Location

Technical parameters of the building

The twelve-story Shkolny railway has three sections located in the shape of the letter “G”. The building is being built using advanced technologies and modern materials.

The new building will have a reinforced concrete frame made by casting, the walls are constructed of red clay brick. The developer insulates the facade with an environmentally friendly durable heat insulator, lining is performed using decorative plaster.

The building is decorated in the traditional stucco style for the capital and open unglazed balconies with original fences. Window blocks made of five-chamber plastic profile are glazed with energy-saving double-glazed windows. The project provides for equipping the new building:
