The new building has a solid monolithic frame that provides 8-point seismic resistance. The external walls are made of bricks, while the Ceresit thermal insulation system is used for the facade cladding. The flat, unexploited roof is covered with soft waterproofing and equipped with internal drainage systems.

According to the project, the interior decoration of the entrances is being carried out, metal doors with a lock are installed at the entrance. One elevator is installed in each block. The equipment of the new building includes the installation of the necessary technological equipment, the connection of utilities, including the central heating system.

Beautification

Ground parking for residents' cars and guest vehicles is arranged near the blocks, asphalt driveways and paths lined with paving slabs are laid. On the territory of the new building, conditions are created for the barrier-free movement of people with limited mobility, street lamps are installed, ornamental shrubs and trees are planted, flower beds are broken.

In the courtyard, settles down:

children's playground with swings and slides;

recreation areas equipped with benches and cozy gazebos;

a field for training, mini-football and other sports games.
