LCD "Zhanuya" in Aktau is located in the 16th micro district, three kilometers from the sea coast. Akimat is located at a distance of 4.5 km. There are no large and busy motorways nearby, nor are there industrial zones.

Next to the new building is located the shopping and entertainment complex "Aktau" with numerous shops, a Kinoplexx cinema, a swimming pool and a cafe. Chain supermarkets, grocery stores, Baiterek shopping center, pharmacies and a medical clinic, restaurants and coffee houses, bank branches, gas stations, and a beauty salon are within a kilometer radius of the complex.

Transport connection 

The public transport stop is a seven-minute walk from the new building - there are several buses and minibuses. Mangistau Train Station is fifteen kilometers away, and the international airport can be reached in 45 minutes.

General characteristics of the new building 

Two seven-story houses that are part of the Zhanuya residential complex are constructed from environmentally friendly modern materials using technologies that guarantee high structural strength, long life and maximum comfort at a low cost of housing maintenance.

The developer applies brick technology - all elements of the supporting structure and walls are constructed of silicate brick. Outside, buildings are insulated with an environmentally friendly heat insulator. The facades are designed in white and dark beige colors and decorated with national patterns. There are special outdoor baskets for installing air conditioners.
