What is the location of the complex?

M Tower Tower in Tbilisi is being built in the Gldani district on David Guramishvili Avenue, 62b. This is less than a kilometer from the banks of the Kura River. A busy noisy motorway passes next to the new complex. It is about 800 meters from the railway station. The Tbilisi Reservoir and the beach are 2.5 km away.

What's around?

In the surrounding area, there is a supermarket, several shops, a bakery, a cafe, and a pharmacy. Within a five-minute walk are restaurants, a bank branch, the University of International Teaching, the University of Georgia, the European University, a hardware store, and a medical center. City Hospital No. 5 and the Open Heart Clinic are two kilometers away.

What are the transport options?

The nearest bus stop is no more than 200 meters. Here, with a minimum interval of 5 minutes, buses No. 11, No. 23, No. 33, No. 62, No. 70, No. 74, No. 86 depart. The “Grmagele” Metro station is just 400 meters away while the “Guramishvili” Station is 810 meters away.

The Tbilisi-Passenger railway station is less than six kilometers away. The Didube railway and bus stations are only 3 km away. Shota Rustaveli airport can be reached in half an hour.

What are the project features?

M Tower is a business class house with sixteen to twenty-two floors, designed in a modern style. The necessary strength and seismic resistance of the new building are provided by a reinforced concrete frame and a solid monolithic foundation. The external walls are additionally insulated with an environmentally friendly heat insulator.

The house is gasified, equipped with modern utilities, and a central heating system. High-quality technological equipment is installed within the building. At each entrance, high-speed, low-noise elevators provide rapid transportation to the desired floor.

The three lower floors have panoramic glazing. The entrances and common areas are fully renovated.

What is on the territory?

The local area will be fenced and closed to outsiders and round-the-clock video surveillance cameras keep residents and guests of the complex safe.

The courtyard will be completely landscaped. A large playground with swings and slides and a zone with street exercise devices are being built. Recreation areas, a playground for football and other sports are being arranged. For residents there is underground parking and guest parking can be found next to the building.

The adjacent area is landscaped with lawns, trees, and ornamental plants. Pedestrian paths and driveways are laid along the perimeter of the plot and inside the courtyard. Modern street lighting devices illuminate the territory when it gets dark.
