Where is the complex located?

Residential complex “House on Ramaz Chkhikvadze 16” in Tbilisi is being built in the Saburtalo area on 16 Ramaza Chkhikvadze Street, not far from the metro station. There is a road about 60 meters from the building. The complex is surrounded by numerous green spaces and apartment buildings. From here, it is just over two kilometers to the park and Lake Lisi. There are no industrial facilities nearby.

How to get around?

The Vazha-Pshavela Metro Station is 900 meters away. Several buses run along Ramaz Chkhikvadze Street and the nearest stop is less than 100 meters from the complex. Here, with a minimum interval of 5-7 minutes, bus number 49 runs. There is another stop 400 meters away, along Shalva Nutsubidze, with bus routes No. 6, No. 63, No. 99, No. 107.

The bus station and the Didube train station are almost seven kilometers away. Shota Rustaveli Airport is a 40-minute drive away.
