About the project

Where are the Axis Towers located?

The new complex is located on Chavchavadze Avenue in the Vake district of Tbilisi. The unique architecture, the scale, and versatility of the Axis Towers make it a symbol of Georgia’s success. This is a 100% Georgian project and implemented by highly qualified specialists.

What are the architectural features?

The stylish complex consists of two skyscrapers, which are located opposite each other but are deployed in opposite directions, thus creating the illusion of rotation of the towers.

The Axis Towers is a set of twin towers with various finishes. The facade of one building is finished with dark glass while the second is finished with white stone.

The multifunctional new building has 41 floors while the four underground levels are reserved for parking. 22 elevators will be installed at the entrance of the skyscrapers. The height of the buildings will be 147 meters. Each floor of the building rotates around the axis by 2 degrees.

The construction of the residential project is carried out in accordance with all modern standards. Well-known international engineering companies Europroject and Hinman took part in the examination of the complex. In addition to residential apartments, the complex will also house a hotel, retail areas, and business offices.

What is inside?

The Axis Towers can be considered a city within the city. A variety of services can be found without having to leave the complex.
