About the project

The chamber project Byty Preslova is located on the street of the same name in Prague 5 - Smichov and offers 5 luxury furnished apartments in the attic of a building after reconstruction. During the reconstruction, the original historical elements of the Art Nouveau building have been preserved. The developer is Satpo, which implemented the project in 2015.

Apartments:

New apartments with layouts ranging from 3 + kk to 4 + kk boast such qualities as spaciousness, airiness and elegance. The area varies from 98.1 m2 to 108.6 m2. Some apartments have a balcony (6.9 to 7.7 m2). Despite the fact that the project developer tried to preserve the original elements of the Art Nouveau style and the general historical style of the building, he enriched the house with modern elements, for example, an elevator car was built. The building has central heating with its own boiler. Warm floors, radiators and floor convectors are also installed in the bathrooms and toilets of the apartments. The bathrooms have quality ceramic tiles and tiles. Devices from brands such as Villeroy & Boch, Hansgrohe, Tece and Huppe were used.
