Ten Amershove is a design by Architectenburo Berkein from Aalter. Thanks to the clean lines, the houses have a modern look, the large glass areas in turn provide the pleasant feeling of space inside. The 7 houses guarantee space, quality and sustainability.
These houses are built according to the BEN principle. BEN stands for Nearly Energy Neutral (E-level max 30). They therefore score better than the current energy standards. BEN buildings use little energy for heating, ventilation and hot water, and they also get this energy from green energy sources. In this case 10 solar panels per home.
