About the project

RC "Pirs" is the first suburban residential block of a closed type with a developed infrastructure, its own operating organization, and a unique well-thought-out improvement on the Minsk Sea.

"Pier" is a life in harmony with oneself on the coast of the Minsk Sea to the pacifying sound of pine trees. Located 7 kilometers from the capital, it is the first club-type quarter on the Minsk Sea.

Location

RC "Pirs" in Ratomka, Minsk region is located three hundred meters from the Zaslavsky reservoir in an ecologically clean area.

The new building is located next to a convenient transport interchange and a road along which minibuses and buses go to the capital. The distance to Minsk is seven kilometers. The center is located 18 kilometers from the complex, and about 13 kilometers to the Kamennaya Gorka metro station. In short, from the quarter:

1,000 steps to the Minsk Sea;

7 minutes to MKAD by car;

10 minutes to the station of city lines of electric trains "Kryzhovka";

25 minutes to the center of Minsk by car;

1 minute to public transport stop.

Architecture and appearance

The residential complex "Pirs" is a kind of eco-quarter of thirty-four houses with different types of suburban housing: from private houses and townhouses to low-rise buildings, not exceeding 7 floors.

The construction is carried out using modern energy-saving technologies that guarantee low cost of utilities with a decent level of comfort. The houses are being built using a monolithic frame technology, which provides excellent performance characteristics of the structure, which allows us to offer a large selection of layouts.

Penthouses on the upper floors have access to the exploited roof, and from the first level you can get to a spacious terrace.

A large number of options for comfortable housing are offered for implementation. The apartments are equipped with panoramic windows with energy-efficient double-glazed windows, large balconies. The five-story buildings are equipped with silent elevators.
