About the project
Central Park Tower represents a level of design, quality and service that was not previously visible. Designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, the glass-clad tower will rise 95 floors and includes three full floors of living quarters. Central Park Club will offer 50,000 square feet of amenities starting on the 14th floor.
Residents can enjoy the outdoor terrace of 15,000 square meters. Feet with a pool, cabins, a bar on the 14th floor, a wellness center and another pool on the 16th floor, as well as additional amenities on the 100th floor of the tower. The seven-story Nordstrom flagship store will occupy the tower area.
The condominiums will begin on the 32nd floor of the building, ranging from two to eight bedrooms, residences range from 1,435 square feet to 17,500 square feet and are "strategically located in the corners of the residences to maximize numerous panoramas and views throughout the city."
