About the project

The Boulevard is the transformation of an iconic 1920s-era Ukrainian Village building into residences that blend historic elegance with all the modern amenities. This new community includes 16 townhome and condominiums with large outdoor spaces, balconies and in some homes, rooftop decks. Residents will enjoy new-construction finishes and luxury amenities in a building steeped with rich Chicago history.

1938 W. Augusta Boulevard was once the address to Pure Daily Products, the only Ukrainian dairy in the city and more recently, home to Leona's restaurant.
