About the project

When designing the residential complex “House on Podolia”, energy-saving technologies were used: double insulation of external walls, multi-layer insulation of interroom partitions, own heating station and the use of a combined heating system.

For construction, the developing region of Vinnitsa was selected, near the park named after Dr. A. Yushchenko and a few minutes drive from the park "Friendship of Peoples", Lake Vishensky and the botanical garden "Podolia".
