About the project

"Panorama" is a residential complex with a closed territory, equipped driveways and footpaths. The idea of ​​the adjoining space is to make all age groups comfortable: five children’s game towns, three photo zones and ten outdoor gazebos with a barbecue area will be installed on the territory, three workout zones, a tennis and a basketball court will be equipped. The complex will also have underground parking, ground guest parking and its own SPA-salon.

The Panorama residential complex is being built in the Kovpakovsky district of Sumy, a 10-minute drive from the city center.
