About the project

Feel House is a residential complex in the format of a country club house in the village of Sokilnyky, which borders on the southwestern outskirts of Lviv. The four-storey house in the Scandinavian style was built according to the author's project of Belyaev's Workshop, which received four awards in various categories of the Ukrainian Urban Awards. It will be a great alternative to an apartment in the "concrete jungle" of the regional center. Here the feeling of a real house begins in the halls, the design of which was developed by the architectural bureau Savytskyy Design. On the upper floor - apartments with attics, on the lower - cafes and shops.

The concept of executive floors provides privacy and additional security. The courtyard with modern interactive children's playgrounds, green areas and sports corners will be accessible only to residents. Next to the Feel House - two lakes with colorful nature and places to relax.

Infrastructure

Not far from the Feel House residential complex is Stryjska Street, also known as the E471 Lviv-Mukachevo highway, which is 20 minutes by car to the historic city center and 10 minutes to the intersection with the Ring Road (E40 Lviv - Izvaryne). The central bus station of the city is a 7-minute drive from the complex. Lviv International Airport and the Central Railway Station are 18 and 25 minutes away by car, respectively. If public transport is needed, bus №23, trolleybuses №22 and №25, minibuses №25 and №57 run to Stryjska Street in different districts of the city.

In the area of ​​the new building there are grocery supermarkets of all major retail chains: "ATB-Market" - 6 minutes, "Arsen" - 7 minutes, "Silpo" - 9 minutes. Farm products in 10 minutes by car from home can always be purchased at the market "Shuvar". At the same distance from the new building is King Cross Leopolis, which in addition to the gallery of shops, there is a grocery hypermarket "Auchan", "Epicenter", cinema "Planet Cinema", skating rink, laser maze, fad zone and other services. Victoria Gardens shopping and entertainment center with shops, restaurants, a fountain, a cinema and a bowling club can also be reached in 11 minutes for shopping and entertainment, and children can enjoy a holiday at the Children's Planet children's entertainment center or the Beach water park.

If you need a kindergarten, within a radius of 7-10 minutes by car from home municipal kindergartens №70, №69 "Rainbow", №155, №165 and preschool center №159. For older children at the same distance from the new school building №32, №86, №48, Oriana, lyceum №45 and Lviv Polytechnic College. Also in the area of ​​the residential complex Feel House are located the children's art school №10 and the CYSS of the Olympic Reserve in rhythmic gymnastics.

The project of the complex provides its own gym. There are several good places to train near it: 10 minutes by car to the gym Shulak GYM and fitness club "Kiva-fitness" or 15 minutes - to the fitness club Sport Life. 6 minutes walk from the new building - football club "Career", and 8 minutes by car - football stadium "Arena-Lviv", which hosts international football matches under the auspices of UEFA and other major sporting events.
