About the project

Globus Elite is a low-rise residential complex in the North European style 5 minutes from the center of Lviv. The club house with attics and lounge areas on the upper floors is located in a quiet corner of the city, surrounded by the greenery of several parks and squares. The first floor of the new building is reserved for shops, beauty salons, cafes and offices.

Infrastructure

Within a 3-minute walk from the Globus Elite residential complex, there is a large transport interchange and public transport stops leaving for different parts of Lviv. A bus station is a 10-minute drive from the house, and the central train station is 17 minutes away.

For the smallest Globus Elite residents, kindergarten No. 88 is a minute's walk from the house, the Kolokolchik private kindergarten is 4 minutes away, and the Head Start preschool development center is 4 minutes by car. School children can attend several schools in the city: to school No. 63, special school No. 37 with in-depth study of the French language and school No. 70 - 10 minutes on foot, to school No. 8 with in-depth study of the German language - 6 minutes by car, and to the humanitarian Gymnasiums can be reached in 12 minutes.
