About the project

Hyacinth-Lux is a new residential complex in one of the greenest corners of Lviv, between Zalizna Voda and Stryisky parks. Two houses of different storeys are located in such a way as to create a comfortable courtyard with green seating areas for adults, sports grounds and playgrounds for children. Another feature of the complex will be green lounge areas on the roofs of houses. The project provides for two-level underground parking so that residents' cars do not interfere with children's entertainment and adult recreation.

Infrastructure

In the area of ​​the residential complex "Hyacinth-Lux" there are a number of infrastructure facilities, and if necessary, the city center can be reached by car in 10 minutes. By public transport, the trip to Rynok Square will take 35 minutes, including a three-minute walk to the bus stop on Ivana Franka Street, from where buses № 4Н and №53 depart. If you need to go to another city or to a nearby settlement - 8 minutes by car to the bus station №5, 10 minutes to the central bus station and 16 minutes to the central train station.

You can walk to the Market and several other small shops located near the new building, or in 5-7 minutes by car to the supermarkets "Furshet" and "Vopak", the hypermarket "Glove" and the store "Ecolan".

If you need a kindergarten, within a radius of 5-10 minutes walk from the house are kindergartens 70170, KidsCan, "Preschooler", a private kindergarten "Kinderville" and a school-kindergarten "Sofia".
