Mill Town in Lviv

About the project

Mill Town is a new project of the construction company Integral-Bud in Lviv. The residential complex is distinguished by the use of different storeys, panoramic glazing, combined decoration of facades of brick, plaster and panels in the classic brown, dark gray and white colors, which contrast with burgundy and bright red.

The perimeter building creates a closed courtyard where adults can relax and children can play. For residents with cars, there is an underground parking lot with an elevator that goes up to the top floor of the house. On the ground floor there are areas for commercial establishments with separate entrances from the outside of the building.

Infrastructure

The Mill Town residential complex is being built a 20-minute walk from Lviv City Hall and Rynok Square. Not far from the house is Vyacheslav Chornovol Avenue, which runs 35 routes of public transport. Trams №6, №9, minibuses №20 and buses №334, №206 stop next to the new building, and in 2 minutes by car there is a transport interchange at the intersection of Vyacheslav Chornovil Avenue and Lypynskoho Street, which will allow you to quickly get to neighborhoods of the city. If you need to go to another settlement, 10 minutes walk from the complex railway station "Pidzamche", through which long-distance and regional trains pass.

You can buy products within walking distance of the Mill Town residential complex in several small shops, Auchan hypermarket - 8 minutes, Silpo supermarket - 12 minutes. For connoisseurs of home-grown vegetables and fruits, farm eco-products next to the new building Bazarchyk market, and in 16 minutes of foam or 5 minutes by car - Krakow market. The nearest shopping and entertainment centers New Point and "Forum Lviv" on foot 7-8 minutes.

Another plus location of Mill Town - proximity to educational institutions for children of different ages. Near the house there is a private Christian school "Pearl", in 4-6 minutes on foot - municipal schools №22, №87 and №53. Schools №20, №57 and gymnasium "Prestige" - 10-12 minutes on foot. For sports, there is an MMA gym next to the residential complex, and a 13-minute walk from Ska Sports Palace and Reval HardTotal. You can swim at any time of the year in the Ska Pool, which is 3 minutes by car or 18 minutes on foot.
