About the project

Residential complex 3V Volkova is located at the same distance from the Dobrudja forest and the famous Kropyvnytskyi Arboretum, which is called "Ukrainian Holland". The complex will also have its own courtyard-park with landscaping, walking alleys and several thematic areas where you can read a book, do yoga or have a picnic with your family.

Infrastructure

The 3V Volkova residential complex is being built in an area with developed transport and social infrastructure: within walking distance to the house are shops, supermarkets, banking and postal institutions, kindergartens, schools, a cardiocenter, a regional hospital and a pharmacy. On the ground floor of the complex will place their own infrastructure. Near the house there are bus and bus stops, a minute away by car is Universitetsky Prospekt, which takes 10 minutes to the central square of the city.

For groceries, you can walk two blocks to Nasha Ryaba, Prime Vera and Fayno Market supermarket, or drive 3 minutes by car to Velmart, ATB-Market and Formula Vkusa. Fresh vegetables and fruits within a 7-minute walk from the house can be bought at the Belyaevsky market, sweets and pastries in the Sweet World store.

In walking distance from the complex, kindergartens No. 47 and No. 71, to kindergartens No. 29 and No. 52 - 4 and 8 minutes by car, respectively. From schools in a 9-10 minute walk gymnasium No. 1, a gymnasium of new educational technologies, schools No. 1 and "Dream", to the Central Ukrainian National Technical University and Kropyvnytsky College of Agricultural Mechanization - 2-3 minutes by car.

Particular attention in the project of arranging the inner territory of the complex is given to children's playgrounds. The smallest will be able to play on the playground with a sandbox, older children - with slides and a game complex, adolescents - on sports grounds for team games. For adults, a sports workout area with exercise equipment will be equipped, and a fitness center will be located on the commercial floor. Also, a 3-5-minute drive from the complex can be practiced at the Sparta fitness club, the XXL gym or the Drayv fitness center, where everyone can choose the program that is optimal for age and level of physical fitness, visit the pool with a relaxation area and do yoga on the roof.
