About the project

The Status project is a two-section 10-storey brick building of comfort class. The multi-level facade, the L-shaped form of the building and laconic straight lines of a design are remarkable for architecture. In the district of the complex there are apartment buildings of medium storey and the private sector - strong dissonance due to different height of the building will not occur. The advantage of the location is that it is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, located away from major highways.

A playground, recreation areas, an open-air car park and a bicycle parking lot will be set up on the adjacent territory. Thanks to the landscape design project, residents will be able to get aesthetic pleasure from flowering flower beds, ornamental trees and shrubs and well-groomed alleys.

Infrastructure

The Status residential complex is being built in an area with a developed transport and social infrastructure, 10 minutes by car from the city center and 12 minutes from the city Embankment. Not far from the public transport stop, which goes to different parts of Kherson: from the stop on Stretenska Street, which is a 2-minute walk away - minibuses №4, №12, №29, №43, №47, №48 and trolleybus №8, from stop on Komkova Street, which is 2 minutes longer - trolleybus №4.

Within walking distance to the complex are several grocery stores and supermarkets: to the nearest grocery store 4 minutes, to "Lucky", "ATB-market" and "ECO-market" - 5-7 minutes. For those who prefer farm products, the central food market of the city is 9 minutes away by car. From schools within walking distance of schools №46 and №5, which are 4 and 10 minutes, respectively, to schools №48 and №2 can be reached by car in 4-6 minutes, to school №30 - in 8 minutes.
