About the project

CENTOWER is a multifunctional club-type residential complex in the very center of the Dnieper. Four lower floors of the complex are set aside for a shopping and office center, 5-13 floors - residential, from the fifth floor - access to the operated roof of the shopping and office center.

On the ground floor of the residential complex there is an entrance group with places for rest, waiting and reception of guests, the entrances to which are provided from the inside of the yard. The apartments on the 9th-12th floors have private terraces with views of the city, and on the 13th floor there is a winter garden for residents. A recreation area with a covered winter garden and an outdoor terrace is also provided on the roof of the residential part of the house. CENTOWER residential complex is being built on Yavornytsky Avenue, a 10-minute walk from European Square.
