About the project

The idea of ​​the Krona Park II residential complex is to create a complex of the capital's level of comfort and infrastructure in the eco-zone of Brovary. When planning the complex, the concept of zoning of space was applied: the territory is divided into a residential part and a public one. The residential part includes houses, children's playgrounds and recreational areas with landscaping. The public part includes ground parking, a medical center, a stadium, a kindergarten and a school.

The minimalistic forms of the facades, warm colors of decoration, lightweight balcony grilles and the increased glazing area of ​​the Krona Park II complex were developed by the Pashenko architectural bureau.

Infrastructure
