About the project
Isla de Santa Cruz is the first of many projects that Gestilar is to develop in Galicia. It is situated in the Santa Cruz district in the municipality of Oleiros, just 7 km from the city of A Coruña. This new development is close to several secondary and primary schools, both public and private, and several museums, three auditoriums, libraries and public gyms are to be found in the vicinity. The local public transport system includes day and night time bus routes to and from A Coruña and other surrounding districts.
Isla de Santa Cruz is a development with forty-six 3 and 4 bedroom homes with 2 garage spaces and a storeroom linked to the property. The development is a gated community with controlled access, community swimming pool, gym, children’s play area and gardens where the residents can relax and socialise. It is a short 5-minute walk from the Santa Cruz beach and the As Galeras Park.
