About the project

Located on Costa Brava Street, in Mirasierra, this project (Pryconsa Excellence) in which architecture manifests itself as an artistic expression through design and innovation, is the work of the Bueso Inchausti & Rein Studio, one of the Spanish Architecture Studies most prestigious in the exclusive residential segment.

In its design, this prestigious firm has conceived every detail, seeking to match the distinction with the avant-garde, creating a building that will constitute, within Mirasierra, the reference of the unique and singular architecture.

The design of the volumes and facades of the building, through stone, metal, glass, etc. , give it the plasticity of the sculpture.

The interest in bringing innovation and comfort to every detail has been reflected both in the conception of the facades and in the houses with a wide and flexible offer of typologies and surfaces; In addition, in the design of the common areas, among which, next to the gym or the swimming pool, the landscaped spaces stand out, already existing tree species have been respected.

In the environment, the wide educational offer stands out (schools like Fomento El Prado, La Salle Sacred Heart Concerted Center for Education, NACE Schools, Mother School of the Divine Pastor, Santa María La Blanca,.. . ), and also the university educational offer.

The proximity to the city center by private or public transport, a few meters from the Paco de Lucía Metro stop and next to the Cercanías station that connects with Atocha, Ave and Airport, or the offer of public and commercial services; and all in a safe, quiet, green neighborhood with low housing density.

La Luz is the real protagonist invading the interior of the houses, through large windows designed to become elements of permeability between interior comfort and views of the gardens, the Sierra, or the surroundings of Mirasierra.
