About the project

Between Ljubljana and Vrhnika, we are building a new residential neighborhood of 78 terraced houses on a plot of land measuring 42,000 m2. The construction of the neighborhood is in full progress, it will take place in several lots, and the houses are for sale after the completion of the construction of each lot.

27 houses are built in the first two lots. All houses are completed on a turnkey basis, with a landscaped and landscaped plot and ready for immediate collection.

The Drenovo neighborhood is located on the road between Ljubljana and Vrhnika, on Drenovo Grič, which is only ten kilometers from Ljubljana. It lies on the slopes of a flat landscape park and not far from the hilly Polhograj Dolomites.

Vrhnika is only a few minutes away, which allows quick access to key infrastructure and public institutions. It is only eight kilometers to the Ljubljana ring road, twenty minutes to the center of Ljubljana and twenty minutes to the nearest shopping center. With quick access to the highway, Drenovo is also well connected to all strategic roads. It is an excellent starting point for traveling in all directions of Slovenia. Neighborhood design

We designed Drenova as a closed and functional settlement of single-family houses with a strong emphasis on the external arrangement of the neighborhood. The neighborhood envisages a total of 78 energy-saving wooden terraced houses in nine sets, with a uniform appearance and external arrangement. All houses will be completed on a turnkey basis and with fully landscaped attached land. The external arrangement of each plot is planned as a combination of paved and green areas. A carport for two vehicles, an outdoor terrace and a garden shed will be erected and arranged on each plot.

The well-thought-out architectural design of the neighborhood also includes the landscaping of common areas intended for socializing and spending free time, as well as safe children's play. There will be additional common parking spaces for visitors, and there will be no other traffic in the neighborhood.

Carefully selected materials and the attractive interior arrangement of the rooms are a guarantee that you will feel really comfortable in the Drenovo house. Wooden prefab construction enables moving in and a healthy stay immediately upon completion. Wood is durable, warm, regulates the humidity in the room and enables natural air purification. Floor heating and room cooling and other high-quality built-in elements co-create a safe and health-friendly living climate.

Drenovo houses are of two different types with 150 m2 of living space and between 140 and 900 m2 of land. They are designed in such a way that the living spaces are located on the ground floor, while the first floor is intended for sleeping spaces with three bedrooms and two bathrooms or four bedrooms and one bathroom.

The houses are classified as low-energy houses of classes B1 and B2 with very low operating costs.

The manufacturer of houses in the Drenovo neighborhood is Marles, the largest and oldest Slovenian manufacturer of prefabricated buildings, which belongs to the European top and holds all the most important reliability certificates for prefabricated construction. Marles' wooden prefabricated houses are characterized by high energy efficiency, very good insulation and acoustics.
