About the project

The apartments in Hafjell Front are made for you to relax and lower your shoulders. From the parking lot, via the entrance hall, past the uncompromising kitchen and the modern fireplace, and all the way to the large balcony with the great view, everything is arranged for you to enjoy your stay without worries. We have emphasized the use of wood and natural materials to create a warm and cozy atmosphere, while at the same time the interior design is experienced as timeless and modern. We simply want Hafjell Front to be a good place to be for you and yours.

It is with great enthusiasm that we now launch the next development field for sale in the popular Hafjell Front. We have given this new field the name Lyngen and the first sales stage consists of 21 new holiday apartments in five apartment buildings. All units have a parking space in a common parking basement. The apartment buildings will be on three levels and the sizes will be from 88 - 98 sqm, all units are delivered as standard with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The units of 88 sqm are built as three-person dwellings (Houses A, B and C) and will form the upper / rear row, while the units of 98 sqm are built as six-person dwellings (Houses D and E) and form the lower / front row. The holiday homes in Houses A, B and C will thus have all four facades, while the holiday homes in Houses D and E will have three facades.

The location is among the best in the entire Hafjell Front. Sunny and with a wonderful view, almost right up the alpine slope. This field will be located just below where we currently have our beautiful viewing center. Trails will be cut out in the small spruce forest that currently separates the ski resort from the field / Lyngen - in other words, it only takes a few seconds from the time you strap on your skis until you turn into one of the country's finest ski resorts.

Our viewing center is located in the innermost part of Storsteinvegen, which is directly opposite where the holiday homes on Lyngen will be built. See directions in Google maps.

NOTE! The exhibition center is not staffed beyond advertised exhibition times, but exhibitions can essentially be seen from the exhibition center's panoramic windows (on the front page). Contact us for further information about viewing or whether it would be desirable to have a meeting at the broker's office in Vika in Oslo (Sem & Johnsen) or in Lillehammer (DNB Eiendom avd.
