Over time, the so-called Quiet Center has developed into an almost separate component of the Center, which also houses several Bonava Latvija projects, including the Fjords. This part of the Center developed faster in the early 20th century, when many buildings were built, making the area a prestigious residential area - even today, the Quiet Center is known as a respectable, safe place for both young families and active professionals. It has parks for the youngest people to run around, as well as opportunities for active social and professional life for those who want to be at the epicenter of events. It is not for nothing that this location is home to Riga's most popular breakfast spots, the most sought-after restaurants and the city's coolest bars.
