Privilege Development Company was established in 2011 as a natural result of the development of the Legal Holding
Privilege, by joining forces with the Privilege Law Firm, Postscript Project Team
together with GO Group (Estonia).
As part of the group, Legal Holding took over the internal process management system.
Law company - ensuring the legal security of development projects at all stages of implementation,
comprehensive support of investments, business and business activities.
Design team - development of modern architectural concepts, full-cycle design, design and technical supervision.
Estonian partner GO Group has introduced its international experience and high demands on construction quality, projects
and financial resources.
All partners had impressive experience in the field of development, the goal of the association was the implementation of both their own
projects (over 10 objects in different regions of Ukraine) and projects of external investors.
Thus, a full-cycle development company was created - one of the few in Ukraine.
Privilege DC is a company with European founders, a European attitude to quality and responsibility,
and, at the same time, having real experience and understanding of the specifics of the Ukrainian market.
