About the project
The foreign investment company Nova Vladaya is starting the construction of single-family houses around Sofia in the upcoming Green Park Sofia residential complex. The complex is a closed type of "community" principle, consisting of 133 energy efficient buildings. The project is located next to the former sanatorium for lung diseases at the government hospital "Lozenets", built in 1935 after 3 years of selection and assessment of air quality.
The mountain naturally merges with the complex and provides a unique contact with nature. The feeling of space and fresh air are our wealth.
